Strength Training Programs

We would like to spread the word about the customized strength and conditioning programs we offer athletes. These programs are tailored to you and your goals and take into account detailed aspects of your training through a questionarre regarding prior injuries, time to allocate per week, equipment available at house or gym, etc. These programs are through online consultation at affordable pricing.

Each program comes with the following perks: # of weeks of customized training and 2 fifteen minute phone calls to ask additional questions one on one with us.

4 weeks program: $60 ($15/wk):

6 week program: $72 ($12/wk)

8 week program: $80 ($10/wk)

12 week program $120 ($10/wk)

With a 12 week program you will receive 2 weeks free that we call deloads. A deload is basically a specialized 1 week of training you place after 4-5 weeks of hard training. After 4-5 weeks of hard training the body needs some rest, but you cannot simply sit around all week, so we pick 2 days for the week and explain the best we to recover while retaining those gains you just made! Typically we don’t include this but for a 12 week program it is completely necessary.

Also, we offer discounted prices for group of 2-3 people, and also special team prices.

Don’t be afraid to give us a shot! A personal trainer at your local fitness gym probably charges $35/hour, most likely has no education or degree and probably can’t hold a stick to what we can offer you.
